First and foremost the place is a cesspool. Before I moved in here the community seemed nice enough. Kind of quiet and out of the way. Very convenient to the highway and shopping centers. Then after I signed my life away the trouble starts. The day of my move in I had to change apartments. I was getting ready to unload my U-Haul truck, opened the door and found liquor bottles and used condoms on the floor of my unit. (My brand new, recently renovated unit...Ha what a joke!) After I changed apartments it just got worse. The Refrigerator in the unit didn't work. It took me 2 months, $350 in groceries, and 3 "new" (and I use the word VERY loosely) Refrigerators to get the it right. The second of which was infested with roaches. So after I thought that living with roaches was too much. I was proven wrong. Oh so wrong. I'll put it this way. In the 9 months I've been here we've had three people shot inside the complex two of which are dead. We've had gang fights every other weekend, A "complex" fight were residents of different buildings just started fighting for no apparent reason and adults were fighting children. I've had a tree set on fire outside my unit which was to my understanding a gang initiation. And to top it off My A/C has broken three times in the last two months. And remains broken to date. Needless to say. This place is the epitome of "ghetto" life. If you wish to raise your children in this atmosphere or better yet if YOU wish to live in the kind of environment then by all means you owe it to yourself. But know this. Your safety and the maintenance of the property are not guaranteed. Have Fun!!!!!!
