I am still trying to get a lease and repairs, I wanted to move, however, they said I would be charge 3 months rent if I did not sign another lease because of the 60 notice to move, however, I have been waiting since August of last year to get my floor fix, sink holes in them getting deeper since March of this year to get my ceiling fix and now my air is out. Maria promise me $200.00 off my June's rent now she said she did not....no wonder so many apartments are empty....I placed a call to the The Georgia Department Of Housing....waiting on a response for the second or third time. If anyone has any complaints, repair orders, please e-mail me pumpkinrobinson@aol.com. The State wants to know.
