I live at Hidden Pointe and I dont think it's as terrible as everyone says. The staff is getting better. You're never 100% secure anywhere so you have to be alert wherever you live, and all of my maintenance requests are taken care of in at least 48 hours. Mabye, it's the attitude of some people that cause them problems, rather than where they live.
