I have lived here nearly 3 years and have witnessed 4 changes in Management. The current Management is the worse by far. I have a leak in bedroom ceiling directly over an electrical outlet. I have been asking for it to be repaired for a year and it is still not repaired. There is mold in my utlity room from the A/C leaking. The apartment itself is at a slant and the water in my bathtub does not stay in because of it. I have been fearful of a fire because I would be trapped as neither of my bedroom windows can be raised. One is actually off the track. The front door is not level and bugs and light come in on all four sides. The lights were off on both the second and third landing for a week and it was pitch black outside when coming home. And the worse part is that when you complain to Management, they try to make it sound like it is your fault. All they care about is the rent being paid on time but they do not take that money and put it back into the apartments. A shelter would provide more safety and luxury than staying here. There has been no preventative maintenance in over a year and maintenance requests are usually not repaired.
