My cousin and I share a two bedroom apartment. I grow up around the corner so I know the area pretty well. If your looking for a place that's violence free, your not going to find one. You have to watch your surroundings every where you go. My car has never been broken into/stolen, but that is what isurance is for. Don't move to this area if that's what your afraid of.

Yes, two people have been killed while I was here and the staff should have responed sooner. I do have issues with that. Keep to yourself and you shouldn't have problems.

As for maintenance, it takes about a week to get stuff fix. So if it's serious you need to stay on them. Oh,yeah we used to have ants in the begining of summer with pest control and a little store bought bug spray that handled the problem. My lease is up March 1st and I'm ready for something new.
