Customer Servicis TERRIBLE!

Management is terrible. These They show favoritism. The some members of the maintenance staff are breaking into apartments & they couldn't possibly be conducting background checks of their staff. They have lost 2 keys to my apartment so they can't fix things when I need them fixed. They left the door open to a vacant apartment on several occasions & I have a little girl the comes home from school each day. Even though she's only here about 30 minutes alone it only take a second for someone to snatch her. I told the manager about the door & it still was left open 2 days. Corporate needs to come in & clean house & perform an audit. They have had 2 murders on the property & have yet to warn residents about the first one & warn residents about safety. lGjq8RUBjvsZjkb5ueji
