Like they Say Buyer Beware....I'm saying prospective TENANT BEWARE!!!!!!

These Apts. are large, "yes" ...spacious, "yes"...reasonably priced, "yes" and that is it!!!!"(besides the trash fee that we pay extra "For Nothing!" never kept up,,Always Full and Dirty!
Quality, security, professionalism and comfort..NO!

Hidden Point Apts. are no place to call home esp. for people who are sensible and with children (nothing for the children to do except tear up the property)There was once a basket goal without a net (someone eventually put one on "I think resident"), tennis court without a net, a "SMALL"playground that's not kept clean (trash, bottles, cans, drug paraphanelia'',etc. You better have insurance if your child goes out there to play!)
The maintenance stinks!!! they tear up more than they fix (if they come after a week or two of waiting)....And the management is EVEN..worse ( they are never available(make promises they don't keep, change without notice and the list can go on.We have had problems since day one....and still have the same problems!!!!! So Now I'm beyond aggravated, I am ANGRY!!! because I feel as if I was lied to and decieved.

Break-Ins (two in my building - "No Warning"), Car theft (mine stolen from in front of my building - still no letters sent out "warning residents"), unsanitary living and premise poorly kept (they are paying a lawn service to come out and spread the debris around" on the grounds and in the entrance way of the buildings. (My 5 yr. old can do what they do with his little tike mower/blower)and probaly do a better job.. These apts. offer you the best! when you inquire and speak with them about future residency and literally give you NOTHING!!! No security, No amenities(NONE!!! (pool operated maybe the whole summer (30 days if that)...and it was unsafe! HEALTH HAZARD!!!, I wouldn't have let my dog get in if I had one.

I can LIST MANY.. things that were told to me that were just a blantant LIE!!!!
-Security on the premise
-Renovation (yeah a little paint outside the apts "not inside")..I still have no door number and the blue tape(trim) that they put up when they were painting(to remember the door/unit #) is still there 9 months later!)also, I'm afarid to really use my patio the wood is rotted, boards are loose and I am on the top level!I inquired about this at move-in(I was told it was a part of the renovation and all the patios were going to be replaced)....it's been 9 months!later, same patio.
-Full access to amenities..pool, fitness center, laundry etc. none of which can be utilized at times...
-Convenient, courteous, and attentive maintenance...(Fast turn-around on work orders) YEAH RIGHT!!!! Most are probably and look to be criminals and drug users "I don't think they do a background check"..and yes, they really think they are going to get a key to my apt. for access at their leisure "I think NOT!"
-No major crime/complaints (Never informed of break-ins, car theft, murders on the premise and etc.,
I wish I would have been told some or all of these things (they could have even sugar coated it, if they didn't want to tell the full truth)so that I could have made a decision as to if I wanted to reside in Hidden Pointe Apts. or not. At least then I would have known. So, if I decided to take a chance it would be on me, but I wasn't giving a choice/chance..only lies and more deception).

Also,I wish had seen this site before we signed a lease.. Because once you're in - you're in!!!! (15 months)worth of HELL!!!!!

Please take a look at the pictures of some of the problems in my unit... A picture is worth a thousand words.. and I have a few thousand words shown.....

Can't Wait To VACATE!!!!! Current Tenant!!!!!
