I have lived here for about year and a half now currently on a month to month try to find somewhere different. The walls are very very thin I have heard many fights physical and verbal the management is OK but the parking sucks. my ceiling have been leaking my kitchen faucet doesn't work and my bathroom sink is clogged. but the worst I have to say was over the summer when their was no air and I had just had my son and it was about 95 five degrees outside and no one would come fix our air, it was even on the news. I would go to the office and bug them everyday until it was fixed which took almost about a month. for some reason during the winter the gas bill was always extremely high like $300 or so and we weren't even using the heat all like that. Then the office burned to the ground like 6 months or more ago and the haven't started fixing that yet. I wouldn't recommend it you can get way better quality for the price they charge
