I have lived in Hidden Pointe for almost two years and I have never had a problem with them fixing anything.... And I'm not a single, flirty female that lives over here.... I'm actually a married woman... And yes sometimes the dumpsters are over flowed but that's cause you have stupid ppls that see's that the dumpster is full amd continue to put trash in it instead of taking it to phase 2 where another dumpster is located...

I don't know what apartment you are in but, i've already moved once for mold issues out of one bldg to another and we still have the same issue there too. Maintenance is slow as heck we have to send Corporate a letter when we send the office one to just to get issues fixed. We shouldn't have to wait 4ever when our rent is on time. For instance my Rent was Paid yesterday,they didn't have to wait 2-6 wks to get it there or taken care of. Rethink what you say b4 you post it doesn't pertain but only to yourself. And i live in phase 2 our dumpsters are just as overcrowded we don't need your mess too.

There are two dumpsters in phase 2... and they are borh overflowing! You must not come out much. As for stupid people, re-read your statement.

Yes the dumpsters in Phase 1 and 2 over flows. This brings all kind of roaches, water bugs and rats. I would not recommend this place to anyone. I moved here in 1999, stayes years noved out but I like the inside of these apartment so much I came back and been her for some years and this is the worst I have seen this complex. I have been here through many, many owners and like I said this is the worst. I have had a car stolen and my apartment broken into. I'm out of here.
