When I first moved to Hidden Pointe in 2007 to my family... it was a nice place.
The manager staff was professional and they kept the maintenence and the grounds very nice. I enjoyed the pool the GYM and the tennis court that is until someone got pissed off and burned the leasing office down. Recently for us in 2008 going into 2009 things got out of control...It's almost been a year and they have yet to fix the unsightly scene of that fire, there is no more pool, no more gym and no more tennis court. You would think that they would give everyone a dicscount because you can't enjoy the amenties that your paying for....Then it seemed as of the maintenence took weeks to come and fix something. We were left without AC for weeks in the winter no heat FOR WEEKS..and I had to call the corporate office to even get a concession on rent. Then all the sudden the loitering increased like crazy. you come home from work and your walking through clouds of weed smoke.. in the morning there are beer cans surrounding your car..in the nite the noise is ridiculous. Police had to come on numerous occassions and break up groups of people. This reminds me of living in the projects back in the city...seriously...if your gonna move here then you need to ask them to put you in phase 2 if anything..phase 1 is hood to the maximum. I heard it was nicer in phase 2 but I could be wrong....lights break in your hallway and maintence doesnt replace them..thats not safe.. I can't see whos knocking at my door...thats scary and unsafe especially for women who live alone or woman at home with their kids....Sorry but it was very nice in the beginning but it's run waaaay down. They can't even rebuild the leasing office, that tells you alot... no kids in the pool means there are kids all over the complex running rampant putting dings in your car. I am glad that we are now out of our lease and can move...DO NOT COME HERE UNLESS YOU ARE DESPERATE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
