First off, I moved to this place only because I was in a desprate situation to move and immediately. This place is by far the worst apartment complex that I have ever lived in. Staff is rude as hell. They were nice before I moved in, but once I signed, that niceness quickly disappeared. Living here is like living in the hood. Kids are always playing in the streets, and when they see you coming up, they just look at you and continue to play. There is always loud music being played at all times of the night. This place is roach infested. Dont expect maintence to come and fix anything, if you do, make sure you put in a request 7 months earlier. Then you have ghetto people trying to sell you something every time they see you, (magazines, clothes, cd's etc.). As soon as my lease is up, I am gone. Beware if you dare!!!!!

I AGREE MANAGEMENT WAS EXTREMELY NICE UPON MOVING IN. THE FOLLOWING MTH AFTER I MOVED IN MISS ASST MANAGER SHOWS HER TRUE COLORS!!!! RUDE. AS FAR AS THE CHILDREN PLAYING IN THE STREET IT IS VERY UNSAFE. THEY WONT LET THE PRETEEN BOYS PLAY FOOTBALL IN THE GRASS, I CAN SEE IF THESE APTS WERE TOP NOTCH BUT THEIR NOT THEIR RAGGEDY AND OLD. THEY GIVE MILES PROPERTY A BAD NAME. THE FIRST WEEK I MOVED IN THE CABINET DOORS IN MY BATHROOM FELL OFF. THEIR WERE POORLY PATCHED HOLES IN THE WALLS, I HAVE BOYS THAT PLAY IN THE HOUSE(BEDROOM), SLIGHTLY TOUCHED ONE OF THE HOLES AND PUSHED IT BACK IN NOW YOU NO I WILL BE CHARGED. OOOH MY GOODNESS THE ROACHES ARE DEFINATELY TERRIBLE GUESS WHAT! IF YOU WANT PEST CONTROL YOU HAVE TO CALL THE RUDE PEOPLE IN THE OFFICE EVERY WEEK FOR SERVICE, THATS VERY CHEAP FOR MILES PROPERTY, MOST APTS THAT DONT EVEN HAVE AS MANY PROPERITIES AS MILES JUST SEND THEM EVERY WEEK.
