It's not worth the price

I am a recent graduate and was looking for cheap housing when I came across Highland Forest. When I visited on the weekend it seemed nice and quiet. I couldn't have been more mistaken. The problem isn't the leasing office, it's the other tenants. They can be heard sometimes 4 in the morning. The kids in the neighborhood (4-10) seem to be relatively nice kids in need of supervision. They can be found standing in the street or walking around the neighborhood at 11 or 12 at night. One day they thought it would be fun to run behind my car as I was leaving the complex. When I slowed down to go over a speed bump they ran into the back of it. No damage was done and I was more concerned they were going to hurt themselves.
As for the older children (16- late 20s), they don't seem to have any sort of respect and play their musc as loud as possible. So far there have been three incidents requiring the police to come (4 or 5 cop cars). I see people evicted it seems like every month. This past Tuesday they shot two of the security guards.
I cannot wait until my lease is up to get out of here. It's just not worth wondering if one night, those gun shots are going to come through my window.
