I had to move, in a short notice, the price was great. I moved in I thought I could just do a year. Before I moved in, I bummed it for roaches, that held over for about 2 months. Then they came hundreds of roaches in the kitchen (no matter how clean you keep it or spray the best spray) they didn't bulge.You know how some roaches come out at night or run when you turn the lights on, no way these continue to walk around like they pay rent here. The kids walk the street all day and when you try to drive by them they continue to stand in the street and look at you like hit me (even the 4 year olds).There are not enough parking spaces, the maintenance team usuall come and fix things but I only had one issue my ceiling was leaking they just was patchng it up until 6 months later it caved in and that is when they fixed it. The neighbors don't work, the guys sit out talking all day and all night, the next morning you will have to clean up food, alcohol and whatever else out front of your door. If I could move without this getting on my credit I would have been moved. So if you are reading this RUN AND DONT LOOK BACK.
