I lived her for 6 months last year and the noise and domestic fights as well as gang activity were very visible. Also during the summer someone set off a large pipe bomb in the pool area at night and put another one on the doorstep of an arabic mans apartment. The county police blocked off the entire complex for 11 hours while the had to detonate the second bomb. There was an officer who lived in the complex but he worked from 3pm till around midnight which was during the time when the most problems occured. The management was someone helpfull but really never did anything about loud tenants.
