Ive been a resident here for about two years now and I Love it!!! Im a single parent and enjoy my apartment and its features along w/being so close to The Mtn for activities for the kids. Its an older community but because of that its got lots of trees and a beautiful lake, which makes for a wonderful scenic appeal if you like to get out and walk around. I havent seen or heard of any domestic disputes or unruley children. They also have a great home buying program for those with future goals to own their own home. I take advantage of the beautiful pool and the cozy fitness center, its a deposit for the key which you get back but its worth it, cause it stays locked and gives you some sense of privacy. The professionalism of the Mnmgt office has been top noch! The Mngmt and maintenance do an excellent job on the surrounding area its a Great Place to live, great for those that enjoy their Life!!!!!!!!
