Has gone down hill fast

Years at this apartment: 2007 - 2009
I have been here over 2 years and the place is not what it used to be. There have been shootings, and fights. The kids are rude and always in the streets, not in the play area. The office is good and friendly, maintenance is great, but they are noisy. I can hear the upstairs and the stair wells all the time. The pricing has gone up continually as well. Please check the area and apartments well before moving.
