I have lived in the complex going on 3 years now and have loved every minute of it. The neighbors a generally quiet and the kids around are well behaved. It is a beautiful area of town and i feel quite safe at home being close to 2 firestations and to Police Stations within a 10 mile drive. It is very convienient to lots of shopping and restaurants and my commute to atlanta for work isn't too shabby either. Anytime i've needed anything for my apartment or a repair done (very few) Maintenance has been on it as soon as I've called or at least within a 24 hour period. I would highly reccomend this to anyone looking at moving in. Even the pricing for the apartment is great especially right here near Gwinnett. Definate A rating
