I was on the bottom floor and you can here everything thats going on up stairs. We had a major leak in the living room and mold in the second bedroom. It take them three months before they fixed it. They had a lake behind us and it was fulled with trash. When we moved the next month the lake overflowed and flooded the apartments. I want to visit my friend who stayed aboved us and when I saw it I was so glad that I was done with this horrible place.
