I live at Highland Run East. I was completing lied to from the get go. I was showed an apartment that was going to be leased to a person on Section 8. The apartment they showed me and told me would be mine had all new applicances and carpet. It had a lock on the bridge door to get into the apartment building. It was nice. They told me after I started the application process that I wasn't getting that apartment, but it would look exactly the same. That was a lie. It is a roach infested dump that I cringe every time I think about it. They will lie to get your money. Don't deal with David Carter. RUN AWAY!
