I moved to Highland Run West one year ago after just relocating from New Jersey. The rent was cheaper than ever but boy did I make a big mistake!!!!! The hallways in my building are always a mess with garbage, graffitti, and holes in the walls..oh, and let's not forget about the broken windows. The maitenance is non-existent!!! The neighbors hang around day & night & sit on your cars. My lease is up & I can't wait to get the hell out of here. It's the most embarrassing place to live. When my mom came to visit, I was embarrassed at the fact the hallways looked as they did. The apartment itself is very spacious & of course, cheap..and well, you get what you pay for. This is a warning to all of you...DON'T MOVE HERE if you enjoy the pleasure of feeling "safe".
