I have been living at Highland Run West since Nov of 2005. To be honest, I wasn't impressed from the start. But for someone with insufficient credit and scarce rental history, it was a start. And it was a heck of a lot better that the last place I lived. But I would have to agree with a previous reviewer, its not the best and it definitely could be worse. There has been a change in mgmt recently. But the last mgmt company was sorry. The property was constantly filthy, repairs were slow, but they made sure to be clear on the late penalties. On the positive side, the rent is extremely cheap, its near MARTA, and its fairly easy to get an apartment. However the only recomendation I would make is to move here only if you absolutely need to. If you are established and can get a better place, do so. The cheap prices are not worth the sacrifice of quality of living. I will be moving when my lease is up.
