At first glance the apartment community appeared okay. A few weeks into my lease I realized I should have done more research. The apartment itself is okay, there are major issues with the AC/Heating system, the sink in my master bedroom is a problem which no one seems to know how to repair. I seen hugh turnover with the maintenance staff as well as the office staff, this is a safety issue for me. The hallways are dirty and the outside garbage dumpter overflows every other day.
My children dont even got out to socialize because the environment doesnt appear that family friendly. It's sad when your neighborhood has no unity.
