I HAVE LIVED IN THIS COMMUNITY FOR 4 1/2 MONTHS AND WHEN I FIRST CAME TO THIS PLACE, I THOUGHT THAT THIS WOULD BE THE ALMOST PERFECT PLACE FOR MY FAMILY AND I BUT I'M NOT SO SURE ABOUT THAT.
S--T IS TERRIBLE MAN, THE WALLS IN THESE APARTMENTS ARE SO WEAK, THEY LEAK FROM ALL OVER THE PLACE, YOU CAN HEAR PEOPLE IN THEIR APARTMENTS, PEOPLE LIVE UPSTAIRS ON TOP OF ME MAKES THE HARDEST F-----G BUMPING NOISES LIKE THEY ARE BEATING HUMANS AND BIG FURNITURE AGAINST THE FLOOR, MILDEW HAS GROWN IN MY HALLWAY BATHROOM DUE TO A BAD LEAK. AS A MATTER OF FACT, WHEN I FIRST MOVED INTO MY NEW APARTMENT S--T STARTED LEAKING IN MY BATHROOM. MAN THE CHILDREN ARE SO LOUD AND MAKE TO MUCH NOISE AND THE MAINTENANCE AIN'T S--T. THE OFFICE STAFF HOWEVER ARE VERY NICE PEOPLE. BUT OVERALL, I DON'T LIKE IT OVER HERE NO MORE AND I DON'T WANNA LIVE IN THIS BULLS--T NO MORE.
OH ONE MORE THING, PEOPLE HAVE BEEN MOVING LIKE HOTCAKES OVER HERE IN THE PAST 1 WEEK, AIN'T THAT SOME S--T. I WONDER WHY. I HAVE SEEN 6 TO 7 FAMILIES GET THE HELL ON SO FAR SINCE LAST WEEK AND MORE ARE STILL MOVING, OH AND DOWN THE WAY AT HIGHLAND RUN EAST IT IS THE WORSEST PLACE ON EARTH, I'D RATHER BURN IN HELL THAN LIVE OVER THERE. THE BOTTOM LINE, DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME, PLEASE. BY THE WAY, IF YOU EVER DO DECIDE TO MOVE HERE PLEASE BRING YOUR OWN WASHER AND DRYER OR RENT ONE BECAUSE THEIR LAUNDRY ROOM IS VERY DISGUSTING AND VERY F-----G NASTY.

I also live there now and my lease ends soon,I won't be renewing!They have good prices but it's not worth it. It is gated but they don't tell you about "the cut"and it's dark too.Anybody can come over and still your car or break in your house and leave "thru the cut".Kids are hanging out EVERYWHERE and men stand in the streets like they're on the corner.and females too...I've also had a lot of leaks.The halls outside stay trashed.The people keep up mess among each other.I just stay to myself,don't try to be neighborly either.I just watch my back all the time even in the halls.Security is a joke they stay at the gate never really patrolling the dangerous parts of the complex.I've lived in a lot of apts.these are'nt the worst but if you select these call BRINKS first and then an car alarm installer second and finally buy a pistol before you sign that lease.Don't get it twisted with they smiling faces and good deal.
