There is heavy drug activity in the complex from the maintenance guy and office managers to the residents and their visitors. I consider myself to be somewhat of a neat freak so the fact that I have roaches is far beyond me. Maintenance comes in with out notice. I came home one day to find screws, wires and paint chippings on my floor. There were several outlet covers taped into place. There are people hanging in the stairway and parking lot "ghetto" balsting their music, drinking alcohol and smoking on the "la". I can understand people trying to flirt but feeling like I am being watched at all times is a little extreme. I would not recommend that anyone more here. The price was attractive but all in all not worth it.
