I use to lived at the Tree. Never really had any problems. The maintenance was there everytime I call, within 24 hours. I don't understand why people are saying that this is not a great place to live, my experience was pleasant. About the roaches, maybe some people are just not clean. It is easy to blame other for their uncleaness.
