I lived here only one year, thank God. I loved my place, it was huge and extremely spacious. I never had a roach or bug problem, I can honestly say I never saw a roach,only some ants and pest control took care of that. Management was awesome. The problem at Laketree was some of the residents who hung out all night, the kids out cussing worse than a rap video (little and big kids), smoking, doing who knows what with absolutely no parents around. Someone even told me a dead body was found in the sewer looking lake!
My previous neighbor was perfect, I didn't even know she was there, but then a new teneant moved in and every morning at 6am I heard V-103 blasting through my bedroom walls, not to mention I heard all, and I do mean ALL his phone conversations.
The kids were out of control there;throwing rocks, busting car windows, staring at you like your'e crazy ( I guess they were "high" or something). The schools over there were a nightmare; me and my kids had to go. I don't know how it is now, but it sounds worse unfortuantely. I also had a few problems with roof leaks, that was eventually fixed.
I wouldn't recommend this.
