I have lived in this complex for two years and I can't wait until my lease is up in March so I can get the hell out. The very first day I moved in I witnessed a roach in my refrigerator. They were out the very first day. Not something I had expected to deal with. So its been nothing but 2 years of constant making sure everything is clean, you can't leave food out in fear they will get in it, I get my apartment sprayed every week. The lady above me has been here longer than me and I beleive her roaches travel down to my apartment, I know she has them everyone has them that live here. She does not get her apartment sprayed. So do you get my drift on the roaches.
Next issue there are some people around me that like to shoot there guns off for whatever reason. Some people have been robbed at gun point. I have asked management several time to fix an electrical problem in my room the master bedroom. I have no power in there, I have gotten tired of asking them so when I leave it will be left like that I have to use and extension cord and plug up a lamp from the hallway. The TV works, but I can't turn on my closet light, the light in the bathroom, or the vanity light.
The good thing about here is the rent is cheap and the apartments are spacious.
