I stayed in Lake Tree for only one year. I never had any bug problems but being on the lowest level used to scare me half the time. People would hang out behind the apartment building smoking and what not. The only other problem I had was with the electrical wiring. I was plugging in my toaster and sparks flew out of the socket which turned into an electrical fire. I had to call the fire department and they said that the breaker on the side of my building was extremely old and was against a fire code. The good thing was that the apartment was very spacious and very cheap for a 2 bedroom.
