I lived in Laketree for 1yr and nine months. At first my building was real quite and clean. I did have a roach problem. I had to call my own roach service. I call Orkin to deal with the bugs. After the bug problem laketree moved in neighbors from hell. They were allowed to sell drugs and hang out in the breeze out. I told management about the problems. Tonya said " That selling drugs and hangin out all time of night and day wasnt laketree problem". After that the neighbors from hell begin to shoot every night and become even louder. Tonya was telling them everything anyone told her about the problems in the building. She was very all caught up in the drama. She never handle the problem. After that they killed there dog in the parking lot. Tonya then stated " that wasnt a laketree problem it was animal control problem' Basically she didnt care about the problems only collecting rental payments.
