We moved to Lake tree in Sept. When we got there we noticed that the carpet was not clean when bringing this to the attention of management they insisted that the carpet had been cleaned it was only vaccumed! When we moved in we nocticed that it we werent alone, we had company in the form of roaches and more roaches. The apartments have bad electical problems I was cooking and the stove sparked flames from bad wiring. It is not very safe, you hear gun shots all night long and you constantly hear people fighting and hanging out! They smoke weed so bad that you get a contact buz just walking in the hallways. I would only move here if this was my last resort. The surrounding apartments are the same kind of situation!
