I lived at Lakepointe two years. My entire stay was horrible. First there was the ant problem that would constantly arise every quarter. Maintenance never showed, and I constantly had to keep calling the office to complain. Some issues that I faced are: molding on the ceiling, wallpaper falling down, stains on the carpet that existed before I got there. The staff is horrible. They are unorganized and give residents much hassle. I will never recommend this complex to anyone in the world. The only reason I stayed so long was that the location was close to my school. If you stay here, there will be problems after problems.
