I would recommend this place to anyone. It is reasonable rent prices, its quiet, nice neighbors, good maintenence and top notch wonderful management. It was not always this way. I lived here for over 3 years and went through 3 apt. managers. We used to have police and helicopters here every week, along with shootings and break ins. The last two managers were unprofessional and didn't know how to run this place.

But once Ms. Pat Evans arrived late last year, things changed for the better. She got rid of the riff raff; there are no more police incidences here; no break ins, no shootings and though she handles her business and doesn't take any mess, she is the sweetest person you'll ever meet. Even when I was to relocate, she's was sweet to the end.

If you want to live in a place that is like a home and management and staff truly care about your surroundings, then you must move to Lancashire Court.
