I have only lived here six months, and we are already getting out of our lease so we can move. The apartment are large and spacious and look very nice, but on closer examination the structural integrity is poor. You can see that repairs have been done many times, and not at all well.

In the time we've been here there has been an armed robbery in the partments, the cops are constantly here, and you can hear gunshots at night. I don't feel safe, and I worry about the safety of my son.

Everything is broken, all the time, and you have to harrass the front office to get anyone out here to fix anything. Our air conditioner has gone out multple times, and every time we have to wait a week before anyone fixes it. Sometime they come out and SAY they fixed it when it's still not working.

We have actually had to go out ourselves and track down the maintenance crew to get them to come out because the front office isn't worth a damn.

Don't move here if you can at all avoid it.
