This place is now called Jasmine Waterscapes and even though it is under new management it is still a horrible place to live. They claim they are a gated community and yet, even though the gates work, they are NEVER closed. My car was broken into 1 month after I moved in and then a month later it was stolen. We are continually finding little coke bags all over the grounds and don't bother asking for a key to their fitness center because they never have any. The people in the office are rude and they will try to rip you off any chance they get. If your lease is up you get charged an extra $100 dollars a month or you can extend your lease 6 months and possibly break it and have to pay $1500. They just want to keep you in this h*llhole. This has been a HORRIBLE experience living here!!!!!!!!!!!
