I lived iPolo Club for 2 years. I moved there because it was close to my job and did not break my purse. My carpet was old, the vinyl in the bath was peeling and they would not replace it. I had a very nice apartment which the manager commented but she (Rona) admitted at the time that the property didn't have any money. They wanted me to pay for my new carpet and vinyl''!!!
what the f####! Also, they lost my notice to move due to the consistant office staff changes all which seemed to be because of the bad attitude of the manager. What maked this even worse was that the manager acted as if ALL the monies collected for rents were hers!! Take my advice, don't compromise your good living standings to save. Oh, yeah, Dekalb police found a body in a car across from where I llived and failed to tell any residents!!!
