This place is the worst renting experience i've ever had. I live here currently, my apartment was broken into, so they moved me upstairs as I requested. the new apartment is a serious downgrade, It just so happened to be sunday when I moved into the new one so all of my complaints will be addressed monday morning....DO NOT RENT HERE IF YOU CAN HELP IT

I feel the same way. I have lived in Polo Club since 2005 and still have outstanding maintenance request. Management changes constantly, the area manager makes promise she can not keep and the owners dont care. There are no amenities for the money. My unit is in poor condition and they dont seem to care
