I've had the worst experience living here at Polo Club. Since I have lived here, there's been about 5 or 6 managers - the turnover rate is awful. Maintenance is a joke - you never get anything done right away and you find yourself calling back several times before they finally get out to fix the problem. The complex has begun to let unsavory people rent in there and it's turning into a ghetto. Not the best place to be. There's only one amenity and that's the pool and for half of the summer it's never opened. And the laundry room needs a lot of work. It's rundown and nasty looking. The owners are taking your money but not putting anything back into the community. It's a shame, Polo Club has turned into a real dump!

I agree... just moved here recently... shootings almost every night... selling drugs... no installation between each apartment, neighbors very load and disrespectful knowing that they have neighbors above and below them. I SAY TEAR THEM DOWN AND START OVER WITH NEW MANAGMENT!!!!
