Years at this apartment: 2001 - 2002
My husband and I moved into "Post Pointe" in 2001. Without any notice, about 4 months later Post sold the property for good reasons. Our remaining 8 months were terrible. Maintenance was sub-par, and we even experienced a rodent problem! That's when we knew that this community was on the downslide, and we got out of there. Unless, things have change dramatically, I would not recommend this property.
