I have lived in this community since August and I have been in Property Management since 2000 and this is by far the most beautiful community we've ever lived in. I have had nothing but professional experiences with the The Pointe and it's staff. Maintenance responds within the 24th hour that I put the request in. It's quiet and peaceful. My experience from the beginning has been a good one. I've rode the strip of E. Ponce DeLeon, going towards Brockett Rd and some of those other communities look like you must carry a gun to live there. I read the other reviews and I too wonder what the heck these people are going thru. Do you not appreciate or value living peacefully' I relocated to this area 2 months ago and it was one of the best decisions I've ever made.

I visited the leasing office and completed an application and paid the cost to process the application. My complaint is that neither the manager nor the leasing agent called me back to let me know the status of my application. I had to call them and to my surprise they said that I had been rejected. When I asked them why they never gave me a straight answer. I never filed for bankruptcy, have great rental history and only owe for my student loans. I kept calling back asking for a number that I could call to find out what's on my credit record and neither SANDRA or her manager called me. I am a very responsible person and I want to take care of this matter and they continue to ignore me. My friend told me that maybe it's a blessing not to move here because no one has the decency or professionalism to return calls. I refuse to deal with people who can't answer questions or have enough education or common sense to look in the right place to retrieve a person's application. Personally I think they typed the wrong information on the computer because SONYA looked in the wrong place when she asked me about my salary. I used to work at a private school and made half of what I make now which is 41,000 annually. Well, never mind I can afford to live somewhere else.

from: khalid 08/29/08 i lived in the pointe since 2005 n the people in the lease were great n helpfull, unfortunately, they have a new magement know who lied about my rent. the rent was for 08/08 was paid n they accussed me not paying the rent. instead of consulting they passed the info to US marshal. u know what i had my receipt n they will be in deep ----. therefore, this is the worst place to live n bad ass people to deal with.
