APPLICATION HORROR

I visited the leasing office and completed an application and paid the cost to process the application. My complaint is that neither the manager nor the leasing agent called me back to let me know the status of my application. I had to call them and to my surprise they said that I had been rejected. When I asked them why they never gave me a straight answer. I never filed for bankruptcy, have great rental history and only owe for my student loans. I kept calling back asking for a number that I could call to find out what's on my credit record and neither SANDRA or her manager called me. I am a very responsible person and I want to take care of this matter and they continue to ignore me. My friend told me that maybe it's a blessing not to move here because no one has the decency or professionalism to return calls. I refuse to deal with people who can't answer questions or have enough education or common sense to look in the right place to retrieve a person's application. Personally I think they typed the wrong information on the computer because SONYA looked in the wrong place when she asked me about my salary. I used to work at a private school and made half of what I make now which is 41,000 annually. Well, never mind I can afford to live somewhere else.
