I'm responding to the comment made by a resident listed on 9/3/06. It is very obivious that you are bitter. Maybe it's due to the fact that you were late on your rent and May Mokdad (manager) was not lenient towards your inability to pay your rent on time. I've been a resident of the pointe for 2 years and needless to say, that I'm very satisfied with the property and management. Anytime there was a problem or concern, it was delt with prompt attention. And why does someone have to be friends with someone to give reconition where it's due. Sandra amongst the rest of the team are excellent. And I'm not friends with either of them. What you failed to mention is that the pointe is well upkept and quiet. If you think you could find a better apartment in Stone Mountain good luck. I will admit Daniel is not very personable. But i'm not either. Who cares!!! But do whatever makes you happy. Sometimes the grass is not always green on the otherside.
