Not the best for the price- The service is HORRIBLE since the management change!

The rent was high for the level of service that they provide. I lived in these apartment for 2.5 years. I signed a 6 month lease after the management change and the service is horrible. I used to love these apartments, now they let anyone move in. For $900 rent, I would expect much better service with many issues.

I lived at the Pointe 2 years ago . I let the facade fool me. I had no problem with the staff but i had a major problem with people loitering around in the breezeways, smoking, and some lowlife had stolen my bike off my patio and I WAS AT HOME !!! I moved because the upstairs neighbor had a child that was ripping and running day in and day out just could'nt take it anymore i did enjoy the landscaping and plentiful wildlife!!
