The management is negligent and didn't fix things that I had on my move in paperwork that was wrong with the property in the 6 months we lived there. The "gated" community is not at all gated as the gate was broken more than it wasn't throughout the entire time we lived there. In addition, we were told to call the cops if people were in the pool after hours instead of them having some sort of security system to keep the people from other complexes from just walking in and using the amenities. The workout room was a joke with most of the equipment broken and not fit to give to Goodwill, much less have as an "amenity".

This apartment looked good on the surface, but for the price and all the things they don't do (like call us back when we were asking to negotiate to get out of our lease early due to an incident involving evidence of the use of firearms at the property) you should keep on driving
