Negative:
The manager, if I remember correctly her name is Carole. I stayed in a 1 BR in s. oaks II. The manager was very disrespectful when I came to view the place with my girlfriend. THe other office assisstant was an older woman and usually had an attitude. Maintenance takes FOREVER!! Neighbors were often noisy and there was a problem with car break ins. Even though I never cooked (typical man) my gas bill was crazy expensive $150 even though I NEVER used the heat during winter. Central a/c worked well

Positive: very affordable and HUGE bedroom and living room. Directly next to post office and a stones throw from grocery stores (Kroger and Publix a little further up Memorial Dr.) Also SUPER close to GA Perimeter College.

Oaks..I came after the manager you spoke of...I am so sorry you didn't have a more pleasant experience...if you ever need another apt. please feel free to look us up.
