Gables came in to manage this community earlier this year. Then the pool was a swamp , and i think had a family of alligators living in it. It was like that for over two years. Gables came in , repaired the pool, and now it is beautiful.The grounds were clean then, now they are not.It use to be a pleasure walking into the office. Full of beautiful, helpful women. Now the Authority is back , and we have a mean beast in charge who wouldn't know customer service if it bit her on her fat ass! For the last few months, when Gables was here, we received calls backs after a service request was completed.Now, Good luck even getting them to your apartment. I will stay because most of my country men are here, but serice is horrible.

The worst apartment ever!! I do not recommend this apartment for any one, well unless you are some one who loves molds and constant break-ins into your car and apartment. And the best part, maintenance never shows up for any thing, even if your waterheater starts to leak water into your bedroom. Enough! Do not experience what my family went through including my 6 month old infant in this apartment.
