Some people work there is so rude and unhelpful to their residents except this woman by the name of Janet. If it was not for her I would already moved to a different apartment. And their maintenance is so horrible it would take them to fix the important problem for ever such as running water in the bathroom, bathroom not work or door key broken and so on.
