THE PROPERTY LOOKS REALLY NICE AS YOU DRIVE IN BUT IT COULD USE SOME MORE ATTENTION IN OTHER AREAS. THEY ADVERTISE A CAR CARE CENTER, WHICH IS A GARDEN HOSE, AND A WELL LIT TENNIS COURT THAT I HAD NEVER SEEN LIT. BAD,BAD,BAD PROBLEM WITH ANTS. THE MANAGEMENT STAFF COULD TRY A LITTLE HARDER TO RESIDENT CONCERNS.

I lived there when it was Royal Creek. Ants were a BIG problem then, and sounds like they still are. I can't believe the car wash facility is still advertised, b/c it was just a garden hose when I lived there 7 yrs. ago.
