Poor accounting practices - payments are often lost or additional charges tagged on. Be SURE to keep copies of checks and/or money orders. Unreasonably extended turn-around time for repairs and updates, ant problems. Be sure to inspect the apartment for mold - you are expected to sign a document regarding mold, though they do not check for mold themselves. A few (not all) members of staff are unprofessional. Concerns about wooded areas behind apartment - non-residents are often prowling the area at night. No REASONABLE security established, though they tell you that when you first move in. k6tKKzmJrmATU2ap682S
