The office staff are idiots they have no idea what they are doing. I had a problem with giving my move out notice and every person I talked to told me something different. I am a clean person and I still had ants. My stove stopped working about 2 months before my lease was up, I told them about 10 times, and they never fixed it. Somebody tried to break in my apartment twice, and actually broke my window, which they tried to make me pay for. They shouldn't be charging that much to live in a dump.

My name is Deborah Westphal and I am the Regional Manager of Property Management for this community. We represent the owners which purchased this property in 2007. As we try very hard to address all resident issues regarding our communities in a prompt and professional manner, by putting competent and caring associates on site to assist, I would very much like to learn more information about this complaint. Please email me a response to dwestphal@greystar.com so we can investigate and resolve this matter. We have placed an award winning management team at the property as of May 2007 and the service team, is committed to making The Haverly the best place to live in the area.
