Terrible Place - Ants, Towing, Poor Maintenance, and more!

Lets start with Ants. I understand that sometimes you can't do too much about them, but there is an exterminator weekly and the Ants are still everywhere. They are in my tub, in my kitchen, on my night table, on the steps, and in the laundry room.
When we first moved in (picture attached) there was a massive army of ants in this apartment. And because it was a Thursday - the office WOULD NOT make an emergency call to the exterminator. Even though the place was infested!
Management also told us that the exterminator had been in our apartment to spray. We found it funny when the maintenance person came to our door asking to make a copy of our key because the one they had didn't work. So if they didn't have a key - how was anyone getting in to our apartment'
Early in our time living here, our air conditioner wasn't working. This was in high 90 degree temperatures - so it is an emergency maintenance issue right'
No, our air conditioner didn't get fixed until a week or so later.
The front office/management claimed that maintenance was in our apartment to fix - which "to her surprise" were not. They lied!!! My husband was home on the day they were supposed to fix it - but rather than apologize - they told me that we were lying! Seriously'
There is a stalker type of guy in the community who would not stop knocking on my door and trying to talk to me. I asked him to leave me alone since I am happily married. Late one night, he knocked on my door again and I chose not to answer. I checked the locks and went to bed. In the morning - my door was unlocked. I went to the front office to explain that I was afraid and asked if they would change my locks. They said, "I've never heard of that happening" and told me I had to pay to change the locks myself.
Every socket in this apartment is faulty. Plugs fall right out.
There is also a part in the lease that says you can't have your car parked in the parking lot if it isn't in running condition and so on (THIS INCLUDES A FLAT TIRE). My husband was away in the MILITARY and I had no time to fix his car. We both spoke with the property manager after they put a sticker on his car and he explained that the car would be towed on Friday. So we decided we would take the car in to get fixed on Thursday (pay day). The car was towed THURSDAY morning. Management wasn't doing a thing about it.
It is virtually impossible to get in touch with management. They never answer the phone and they decided to change their hours so now they close even earlier. So normal working people can not go into the office to express an issue.
Grounds are disgusting. I have beer bottles on my grass, by my car, and sometimes on my porch. I have watched maintenance walk right past nice piles of junk and I caught the guy smoking weed behind my building!
Security is full of it. Entirely redundant.
And on the weekends, the gates are open for everyone to come in and out. Some gated community.
Stay far away. I understand that some people like to try the place for themselves and gather their own experiences, but head the warnings. I'm not bitter... people just need to know.
